How do we differ from other  weight loss programs?

Our program prioritizes fat loss over weight loss.

Weight loss does not distinguish between water, lean tissue, or fat tissue and losing lean body mass (LBM) is counter-productive to fat loss. Simply put, the more LBM you have, the easier it will be to decrease fat mass. LBM is the number predictor of basal metabolic rate (aside from vital organs such as your brain, lungs, etc.);

Our program is designed with a goal of reducing total fat mass by 30% (not to be confused with bodyfat percentage).

Having a strict defined target is paramount when working towards a goal. Shooting towards a specific goal increases the likelihood that you’ll succeed. A 30% loss of total existing fat mass is a big goal but is easily attainable for anyone who is carrying 20-80lbs of excess bodyfat.

Our program uniquely tailors your diet around the following metrics: age, sex, lean body mass, menopausal status, current activity level, and diet history.

The aforementioned metrics play a significant part in terms of your daily caloric needs and distribution of food groups (macronutrients) and are therefore influential considerations when it comes to any long term weight management solution.

Mark St. Arnaud, a competitive body builder, weight loss coach, personal trainer, and gym owner, developed the Fitin10 Challenge in 2016. Backed by 32 years of experience, Fitin10 is designed primarily as a fat loss program using sustainable and reasonable measures of exercise and diet. Mark wanted to demonstrate that you can make a great change to body composition without resorting to extreme methods.
